Which shipping carrier do you use?
We offer USPS and UPS shipping services depending upon order weight and destination country. Expedited services including UPS Next Day Air is available within the United States as well as UPS Worldwide Express (1-2 days) to Canada and for overseas residents Global Express Mail is the fastest service averaging 5 business days to most countries. Tracking numbers are provided on all domestic shipments. International tracking service is available on all UPS shipments as well as Global Express Mail and Priority Mail shipping. Tracking is not available on International First Class Mail. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes at the time of delivery assessed by the destination country.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping costs vary by weight starting at $4.95 for economy shipping on our lightest items and more expensive on heavier orders.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept original condition, unworn items for size or product exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return the condition of the item(s) must be original and all the products, accessories, packaging must be included. Items that are NOT eligible include obviously worn, soiled, cut, torn, altered, or clearance items.
Email us for return authorizations and instructions. Costs pertaining to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipments must have tracking or delivery confirmation service to avoid lost packages.
Defective items: any items found to contain a manufacturing defect will be replaced by us at absolutely zero cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if your item is defective and we will fix it.
When will I receive my order?
In stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (often same day if placed before 1PM ET) out of our warehouse in New York state.
First Class Mail has the longest transit times at 2-7 days domestically and 7-20 working days internationally depending on destination and customs. Priority Mail averages 2-3 days domestically and 6-10 working days internationally. Express Mail delivers in 1-2 days domestically, 3-5 days to Canada, and 4-6 working days to most overseas countries depending on customs.
UPS Ground transit times range from 2-6 days and UPS Next Day is guaranteed by 10:30AM the business day after it ships. UPS Standard (Canada only) ranges from 3-7 working days and we also offer UPS Worldwide Express Saver to Canada which is guaranteed in 1-2 business days based on location.
